COURSE ATTENDANCE
Participants who have registered for a course, accept the following agreements: The telephone application is equal to a written booking. We reserve the right invoicing extraordinary, administrative expenses to the participant. Possibly incidental travel and accommodation costs are to be paid by the participants themselves and are not included in the prices. Cheques are not accepted as payment. The currency of the course depends on the course location. If the participant is disabled to attend the course due to illness, the course could be participated at a later occasion to any of our dates, upon presentation of a medical certificate. Is the instructor prevented and the course cannot take place, so the outgoing course is moved to a new date. Any further claim for occurred expenses does not exist. No liability is assumed for any kind of accidents during the course. The information material of the courses may not be copied or distributed in any way without permission of the instructor.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, the course fee will be refunded in the following cases, the participant pays in this case: In case of cancellation until a week in advance 50% of the course fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than one week before the course starts or in case of non-appearance 100% of the course fee will be charged. Instead of a cancellation an alternate participant may be nominated in written form.
PAYMENT TYPE; COSTS; INVOICE
You will receive your invoice with the registration confirmation. The payment of the full registration fee before the course starts is the prerequisite for participation, payment in cash or via bank transfer, after invoicing without deduction, to the bank account noted on the invoice. For short-term application the course fee must be credited to our account before the course starts or to be paid in cash on beginning day. The amount is to be paid without bank charges. When paying by credit card you will be charged the commission of the payment institution in the amount of 2.5%.
