COACHING: BOOKING, FEE, CANCELLATION/NON-APPEARANCE
The order can be placed in writing or verbally. The coach does not offer any solutions, therefore he/she cannot accept any liability for actions of the principal (client) resulting from the coaching. No guarantee can be given that the client will find a solution that suits him/her. Coaches’ fees are charged according to the price table per unit (will be handed out on request), Senior Executive Coaches are charged at least CHF 300.00 per unit. In exceptional cases, the first ten units are subsidised by 50% through our “SwissGo” programme for the vulnerable and people in need. After these ten sessions, the fee automatically changes to the standard fee rate. The sessions take place either (by arrangement) at the coach’s premises (Stäfa) or via Skype or telephone. If desired, sessions can also take place at the client’s premises at additional cost. In this case, the coach will be reimbursed for travel and time costs when travelling to the coaching location: the travel time will be invoiced, the journey will be reimbursed depending on the choice of transport, with SBB tariff or, if using a car, currently at CHF 0.71 per km.
Cancellations of coaching appointments will be accepted by telephone as well as by e-mail. Cancellations of already arranged coaching appointments are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the appointment. After this time, the full amount is due. The client is responsible for the receipt of the cancellation. Sessions for which the client does not appear without prior arrangement are to be paid in full, as are waiting times.
TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR COACHING
An invoice will be issued for the coaching session. The Coach is entitled to send invoices to the Principal (Client) in electronic form. The client agrees to the sending of invoices in electronic form. Invoices are payable without any deductions immediately upon receipt, by bank transfer or pink slip.
COURSE ATTENDANCE
Participants who have registered for a course, accept the following agreements: The telephone application is equal to a written booking. We reserve the right invoicing extraordinary, administrative expenses to the participant. Possibly incidental travel and accommodation costs are to be paid by the participants themselves and are not included in the prices. Cheques are not accepted as payment. The currency of the course depends on the course location. If the participant is disabled to attend the course due to illness, the course could be participated at a later occasion to any of our dates, upon presentation of a medical certificate. Is the instructor prevented and the course cannot take place, so the outgoing course is moved to a new date. Any further claim for occurred expenses does not exist. No liability is assumed for any kind of accidents during the course. The information material of the courses may not be copied or distributed in any way without permission of the instructor.
ROOM RENTAL, ADVERTISING
When renting rooms, local rules and regulations as well as legal provisions must be observed. This is the duty of the room user. He/she must also ensure that nothing is damaged by him/her or his/her participants/customers and that the reputation of the lessor is damaged in any way. The use of the name and address in any form (electronic, print, social media, etc.) for advertising, customer addresses, posters and the like must be submitted at least 5 days before use of the space together with a sample copy of the material/advertisement to be published, and may only be published after written approval –
In the event of non-compliance with the above points and requirements, the tenancy will be terminated with immediate effect and the right is reserved to claim damages as well as to take further civil and criminal action.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, the course fee will be refunded in the following cases, the participant pays in this case: In case of cancellation until a week in advance 50% of the course fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than one week before the course starts or in case of non-appearance 100% of the course fee will be charged. Instead of a cancellation an alternate participant may be nominated in written form.
PAYMENT TYPE; COSTS; INVOICE
You will receive your invoice with the registration confirmation. The payment of the full registration fee before the course starts is the prerequisite for participation, payment in cash or via bank transfer, after invoicing without deduction, to the bank account noted on the invoice. For short-term application the course fee must be credited to our account before the course starts or to be paid in cash on beginning day. The amount is to be paid without bank charges. When paying by credit card you will be charged the commission of the payment institution in the amount of 2.5%.
PERSONAL PRIVACY
The staff and coaches of Kosmopolit Leadership Development GmbH are bound by professional secrecy. All personal content of participants, coachees and clients is treated confidentially. All (address) data is also used exclusively internally and not passed on to third parties.
